j) Steering of the vehicle
Operate the lever (13) for the drive function very cautiously and do not drive too fast at the beginning
until you get used to the reactions of the car.
Do not perform any fast and/or jerky motions on the lever (13) or the steering wheel (8).
If the vehicle shows a tendency to pull towards the left or the right, set the steering trim on the transmitter accordingly
(see chapter 7, pos. 9).
When switching between forward and reverse, the throttle has to be briefly (approx. 1 second) in the centre position
(centre position = motor not moving).
When the throttle is directly pushed from forward to reverse, the drive brake function kicks in (vehicle will NOT go
reverse).
For example:
1. Release throttle, vehicle is rolling to a halt (or doesn't move).
2. Drive forwards, slowly pull the throttle towards the handle
3. Going forward and then braking (vehicle decelerates; does not roll slowly to a halt); slide throttle away from the grip
4. Going forward and then going reverse (wait briefly before changing, approx. 1 second)
