Cutting without traversing (see fig. 22)
• Place the power tool on the worktable and prefer-
ably fix it with bolts or cramps.
• Loosen screw 25 and move the power tool casing
all the way to retaining bar 11, then tighten screw 25�
• Adjust the length of extension clamps 12 depending
on the piece-part length�
• Set the desired cutting angles as described above�
Caution: if you are going to do the cutting with
body tilt and turn at the same time, first set the tilt
angle and then the turn angle.
• Turn on the indicating laser, If your power tool is
equipped with a kerf indicating laser�
• Set the blank and fix it using cramp 20�
• Turn on the power tool, allow saw blade 5 to reach
the full rotation speed�
• Smoothly pull the body down and make the cut�
While cutting, do not cross your hands and keep
them at a safe distance from saw blade 5 (see
fig. 22).
• Turn off the power tool and wait until saw blade 5
stops completely�
• Lift the power tool body up smoothly�
Cutting with traversing (see pic. 22-23)
• Place the power tool on the worktable and prefer-

• Loosen screw 25 and move the power tool casing
from retaining bar 11 until saw blade 5 reaches its po-
sition in front of the machined piece-part (see fig. 23).
• Adjust the length of extension clamps 12 depending
on the piece-part length�
• Set the desired cutting angles as described above�

• Turn on the indicating laser, If your power tool is

• In order to make a cut, lower the casing and move it
towards retaining bar 11� Do not crisscross your hands
and keep them at a safe distance from saw blade 5
while cutting (see pic� 22)�
• Turn off the power tool and wait until saw blade 5
stops completely�
• Lift the power tool body up smoothly�
Groove cutting (see pic. 24-25)
• Rotate plate 49 as shown in pictures 24-25�
• Loosen lock nut 48�
• Set the required cutting depth with the help of
bolt 47�
• Tighten lock nut 48�
The manufacturer reserves the possibility to introduce changes.
• Cut the grooves, observing the described rules�
• Return plate 49 to its initial position once the work
is finished.
Power tool maintenance /
preventive measures
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Replacement of the insert (see fig. 26-27)
• Replace the worn or damaged insert 15 in due time�
• Turn off screws 50 (see fig. 26-27).
• Replace the worn insert 15�
• Tighten screws 50�
Cleaning of the power tool
An indispensable condition for a safe long-term exploi-
tation of the power tool is to keep it clean� Regularly
flush the power tool with compressed air thought the
ventilation slots 21�
