STEP 2: Rotor Inspection/Replacement
The Pump
consists of a Rotor Assembly

in place between the Volute Cover
1. Loosen the Volute Cover Lock Nut
2. Pull the Rotor Assembly
out from the Pump Body

Inspect the Rotor (see image below) to make sure that the Rotor Shaft, Magnet Axle, Impeller and other parts are intact.
3. Once the inspection or replacement is done, carefully insert the Rotor Assembly
down in place.
4. Align the Volute Cover
with the top Shaft End Cap, then tighten with the Volute Cover Lock Nut

5. Attach the Rubber Nozzle
to the outlet of the Pump Body

. Be careful not to lose the Rubber

and its related parts. If the Rotor and/or its parts is/are broken, or the Rotor, even in perfect condition, is not seated
