Installation
The setup wizard of the app on your smartphone, tablet or PC guides
you through the configuration.
In addition to the room temperature control function, the wibutler pro
gateway also calculates the maximum required volume flow for each
radiator. The calculation procedure is stored in the wibutler pro
gateway (procedure according to "VdZ specialist rules for heating
optimization - procedure A").
The valve characteristic line of the "Q-Tech" thermostatic valves is
stored in the wibutler pro gateway. It allows for the conversion of the
determined volume flows for the stroke limitations of the mote 420
actuators (only possible in combination with item no. 1150766).
Please observe the instructions on hydronic balancing OVbalance in
the appendix (see section 7.1 on page 24).
Consult a sanitary, heating and air conditioning specialist for
installation and setup.

Equip each consumer (radiator) of your heating system with the following
components:
•
Oventrop thermostatic valve with Q-Tech technology (flow range 10 -
170 l/h)
•
mote 420 wireless actuator (EnOcean)

Select presetting 17 (170 l/h) at the Q-Tech valves for maximum flow.
