3. DRAWBAR ASSEMBLY
Fix the drawbar [(d) Fig. A] to the frame [(e) Fig. A] with 5 screws M20x100 [(a) Fig. A], 10 washers
Ø20 [(c) Fig. A] and 5 nuts [(b) Fig. A]. To ensure a secure fit, the nuts must be torqued to 380-450
N•m.
4. PRE OPERATIONS CHECKS
■ Make sure you have read all the warnings to prevent any risk of fire.
■ Install the power take off alternator at least 1 meter away from any building.
■ Never block the air flow of the power take off alternator with paper or any other material.
■ Only use the power take off alternator outdoors.
4.1. SUPPLIED ACCESSORIES
The following accessories are supplied with your Power take off alternator [Fig. 01]:

1 instruction manual;
•
1 third point axle;
4.2. CHECK OIL GEARBOX LEVEL
■ Never open the gearbox oil filling plug when the tractor is running.
■ Never fill the oil sump up when the tractor is running or hot.
■ Never smoke when filling the oil sump up or if, in the vicinity, there are naked flames or if any
other conditions are met to start a fire.
Use SAE 90 EP type oil. The recommended quantity is indicated below (see table). An increased
oil level above recommended quantity will not improved lubrication and probably create excessive
overheating condition. The oil must be replaced after the first 50 hours of work and then every 500
hours thereafter and, in any case, at least once a year. To prevent deposits from forming, the oil should
be changed immediately after a period of operation when the oil is still hot. Unscrew the filler plug
and then the drain plug to allow the oil to flow freely. Collect the drained oil carefully and dispose of it
scrupulously respecting the standards in force concerning used oils. Clean the oil plugs, then screw
the drain plug back on and add the new oil. Regularly check the oil level and, if necessary, top up.
1. Make sure the power take off alternator is on a stable and flat surface;
2. Unscrew and remove the gearbox oil filling plug;
3. To check the oil level, look the level on the Gearbox oil level plug [Fig. 12 and Fig. 13].
