• We recommend using the massager intermittently and not for a long time.

• It is normal for the motor to make noise while in use.
• If the massager doesn't normally work, please check that the plug and socket are properly connected, and the
switch is turned on.
• After several uses, the massager might power off because of overheating. It can be used again after half an
hour of cooling time.

• Connect the massager to an AC wall outlet.
• Push the power button on the unit's control panel to turn the unit on or off.
• Press the MODE button to select the type of massage. There are 4 types, continuous, slow bursts, medium
burst and long burst.
• Press on the up or down arrow to select the burst speed. There are three speeds.
