8. Rotate control grips completely forward and
gradually turn speed control knob to a desired
maximum scrubbing speed (Figure 21).
FIG. 21
9. Turn solution flow knob to desired solution flow
rate (Figure 22).
NOTE: When scrubbing with the FaST Option, the
solution flow is pre-set by the FaST system.
FIG. 22
10. Observe brush pressure meter while operating.
Meter should read within the green zone, press
brush pressure switch to adjust (Figure 23).
ATTENTION: Do not operate machine with pad
pressure meter in red zone, circuit breakers will
trip and floor damage may occur.

OPERATING FaST SCRUB SYSTEM (OPTION)
How the FaST System operates (Foam Scrubbing
Technology). The FaST--PAK concentrate agent is
injected into the system with a mixture of a small
amount water and compressed air. This mixture
creates a large volume of expanded wet foam. The
expanded foam mixture is then dispersed onto the
floor while two scrubbing discs go to work. By the time
the squeegee picks up the mixture, the patented
foaming agent has collapsed and recovered into the
recovery tank. By performing the FaST system
application, you can increase your productivity rate by
30% by reducing your dump/fill cycle. You will also
reduce your chemical usage and storage space. One
FaST--PAK of concentrated agent allows you to scrub
up to 1 million sq. ft.
1. Make sure that the FaST--PAK 365 Floor Cleaning
Concentrate carton is properly installed
(See INSTALLING FaST--PAK AGENT).
2. Make sure that the solution tank is filled with clear
cool water only. DO NOT add conventional
cleaning agents in solution tank. Conventional
cleaning agents/restorers in the solution tank will
result in premature FaST system failure.
