Description

Excess temperature. Charging stopped due to
high temperature within the charging station.
After a cool-down phase the charging station
continues the normal charging cycle.

LED is red and an acoustic signal sounds for
0.5 s and then for 5 s following a pause:
There is a problem in the voltage or system
monitoring.

Switch off and secure the power supply to
the charging station. Only then unplug the
cable from the vehicle.

LED flashes red for 1 s at 2 s intervals and an
acoustic signal sounds for 0.5 s and then for

There is a fault in the vehicle.

LED flashes red 2 times, followed by a brief

the supply voltage is outside the valid range of

Authorisation was successful. The vehicle
must be connected to the charging station
within 45 s (default value).

LED flashes green at 0.5 second intervals:
Increasing state of charge (SOC) with avail-
able connection using ISO 15118, 12.5%
SOC per LED, increasing steadily periodically.

LED is purple for 4 s and an acoustic signal

Start charging

NOTE
Always take into account the vehicle require-
ments before charging a vehicle.
NOTE
Park the vehicle for charging such as to avoid
strain in the charging cable.

The RFID dongle can be authorised before or after the
charging cable is plugged into the vehicle. Note that the
time between authorisation and connection of the char-
ging cable is limited to 45 s (default value). After this
period, the authorisation is no longer valid, and the char-
ging station returns to the starting state.

Authentication at the charging station

Authorisation for starting the charging cycle is carried out
electronically using the RFID technology or directly when
connecting the charging cable to the electric vehicle by
means of data transmission in the charging cable accord-
ing to ISO 15118.
