USO PREVISTO
Macchina progettata per essere utilizzata principalmente da indu-
strie di carpenteria metallica media e leggera.
Questa macchina è stata concepita per il taglio di materiali ferrosi
di sezione piena, aperta o tubolare. Ogni altro materiale o uso
diverso da questo deve considerarsi improprio e vietato. L'opera-
tore della macchina deve essere formato ed informato sui rischi e
deve avere a disposizione il manuale di istruzioni. L'operatore non
deve lavorare con persone nelle vicinanze della zona di pericolo
(area di taglio).
RISCHI RESIDUI
Durante la fase di lavoro (taglio) l'operatore non deve intervenire
in alcun modo o con qualsiasi attrezzo nell'area di taglio a causa
della pericolosità dell'utensile in movimento.
LIVELLO SONORO
Il livello sonoro è stato rilevato con la macchina in moto, a vuoto.
La rilevazione è stata effettuata in posizione operatore a 1.6 metri
di altezza.
1° velocità a vuoto Leq = 61 dB (A)
2° velocità a vuoto Leq = 67 dB (A)
Il livello sonoro con macchina in ciclo di taglio è molto variabile
in funzione di: sezione del materiale (pieno o tubo) e tipo, passo
della lama e forma dei denti.
Data la molteplicità delle situazioni è di seguito riportato un esem-
pio con lama standard di passo adeguato (vedi tabella lame):
1° velocità pieno Ø 55 in C40 Leq = 77 dB (A)
Per profili particolarmente sottili bisogna eseguire una misurazione
del livello sonoro poichè può essere superato il valore di 85 dB
(A). Se l'esito è positivo bisogna prendere provvedimenti adeguati
secondo la vigente normativa in materia.
Il Servizio Tecnico Pedrazzoli è sempre a disposizione per eventuali
chiarimenti o consigli specifici.

PURPOSE OF MACHINE
This machine has been designed to be mainly used by light and
medium structural steel industries.
This machine has been designed for the cutting of ferrous material
with solid, hollow or round cross-section. Any other material or
use differing from the above is to be considered inappropriate
and prohibited.
The machine operator must be trained and informed of risks and
must have the instruction manual at his disposal. The operator
must not work in the vicinity of the danger zone (cutting area)
with other people.
RISKS
During the cutting phase, the operator must NEVER put hands or
use tools in the cutting area.
SOUND INTENSITY
The sound level has been measured when machine is running
loadless in automatic mode. The measurement has been carried
out in the operator position, at a height of 1.6m.

The machine sound intensity with cutting cycle can vary conside-
rably according to: material type and cross-section (solid or tube),
blade pitch and shape of blade teeth.
Because of the many different situations, we have given hereby
an example with standard blade having suitable
pitch (see blade table):

For particularly thin section bars it is important to measure the
sound level since it may occur that the value of 85 d (A) may be
exceeded. If the result is affermative, it is necessary to take proper
steps according to relative regulations
