Intended use
The product is used to charge the batteries of compatible Qi standard mobile devices wire-
lessly. Mobile devices lacking this standard cannot be charged.
For safety and compliance reasons, the product must not be converted or modified in any way.
If you use the product for other purposes than those described above, the product may be dam-
aged. Moreover, improper use involves risks such as short-circuits, fire, electric shocks, etc.
Please read the operating instructions carefully and do not discard them. Please include these
operating instructions when you pass the product on to a third party.

information in these operating instructions regarding the proper use of the
product. Furthermore, in such cases, the warranty/guarantee will be null and
void.
a) General Information
• The product is not a toy. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
• People with pacemakers or similar should not use the device for safety reasons.
• Do not carelessly leave the packaging material lying around. It may become a
dangerous plaything for children.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong vibrations,
high humidity, moisture, combustible gases, vapours and solvents.
• Never expose the product to mechanical stress.
• If safe operation is no longer possible, take the device out of service and secure
it against unintended use. Safe operation is no longer possible, if the product:
- shows visible damage,
- no longer functions properly,
- has been stored under adverse ambient conditions for an extended period of
time or
- has been exposed to considerable strain during transport.
• Please handle the product with care. The product can be damaged if crushed,
struck or dropped, even from a low height.
• Also observe the safety and operating instructions of any other devices that are
connected to this product.
• If you have doubts about how the equipment should be operated or how to safely
connect it, consult a trained technician.
• Maintenance, adjustment and repair work should only be carried out by an expert
or a specialised workshop.
• If you have any questions that are not answered in these operating instructions,
please contact our technical customer service or other professionals.
b) Operation
• Use a power adapter for the charger that can deliver the maximum required cur-
rent (see chapter "Technical data"). Some computer USB ports may easily be-
come overloaded and even damaged.
• The USB power adapter (not included) used for operation should be located near
the charger and easily accessible.
• Never pour liquids over electrical devices and never place objects filled with liquid
on top of or next to them. Disconnect the device from the power supply, if liquid
or an object gets inside the unit. Do not use the product after that and take it to a
specialist workshop.
• Never use the product immediately after moving it from a cold room into a warm
one. The condensation that forms may damage the product under certain circum-
stances. Allow the product to reach room temperature before connecting it to the
power supply and putting it into use. In some cases, this may take several hours.
• Never leave the product and the connected device unattended while in operation.
• Use only the appropriate mains adapter as the USB power source. When deploy-
ing the product, make sure that the cables are neither kinked nor pinched.
• Do not apply force when connecting the USB plugs. A USB plug will only fit in one
orientation into a USB port (USB Type-C™ plug will fit in both orientations).
• Do not use the charger in the immediate vicinity of strong magnetic fields (such as
near electric motors, speakers, etc.).
Getting started
• Place the charger on a flat, level and heat-resistant surface. Protect
valuable furniture surfaces by using a suitable mat. Keep an adequate
distance to other electronic devices (TVs, computers, etc.) and metal
surfaces.
• Connect the USB Type-C™ socket on the back via the supplied USB
cable to a USB power adapter with the appropriate specifications (for
example, the USB power adapter that came with your mobile device).
Only use the USB cable supplied to connect the charger to a suitable USB power
adapter.
Read the information in the chapter "Technical data" before choosing a USB power
adapter. The charging power can differ depending on the mobile device and the USB
power adapter used. Naturally, this will also affect the charging time.
Do not use a computer USB output (such as USB2.0 or USB3.0) to power the de-
vice; this can damage the USB port due to high power demand!
• Plug the USB power adapter into a proper mains outlet of the
public supply grid. The LED on the front side of the charger lights
up briefly.
• Place the Qi-compatible mobile device on the
charging pad. You can place the mobile device
vertically or horizontally, see illustration on the
right.
The back of the mobile device should face the
charging pad.
Mobile devices that do not support the
Qi standard cannot be charged with
this charger!
However, stores may have accessories such as suitable protective covers for some
of these non-Qi compatible devices.
• The LED on the charger turns off after approximately 3 minutes, so that the light may not
disturb you at night.
Charging starts when a current is induced in the secondary coil of the mobile device.
This then charges the internal battery.
