The remote control
does not work
Software update
The photo frame has a system of remote software updating, designed to bring new
functionalities to the product and improve its performance.
An update is signalled by a message on the screen indicating download progress as a
percentage.
You are advised not to use your photo frame during updating.

Possible cause and solution
If there is no power, check that the photo frame has been
connected to the transformer, and that this is connected to the
mains, then try again.
Check that you have correctly inserted a memory card or a USB
memory stick into the appropriate reader and that these
contain files that can be read by the device (see Technical
characteristics, page 29).
1. The distance is too great or the angle exceeds 30 degrees.
2. The battery is flat.
3. The infrared sensor is disturbed by another light source (sun
light, etc).
