operAtion - general information
The chocolate fountain is
only intended for domestic use,
not for professional use.

operAtion - using for the first time
1. Remove the packaging.
2. Thoroughly clean the device with a warm, damp cloth in order to remove any manufacturing residue (see
"Cleaning and maintenance").
operAtion - using the chocolate fountain
You can use the chocolate fountain to dip small products in melted chocolate to make a fun dessert. The
forks enable you to dip pieces of food in the chocolate fountain and to remove them when they are done. The
chocolate shapes trays can be used to make small chocolates.
operAtion - Assembly
1.
Place the rising tube on the foot piece in the middle of the stainless steel bowl. Rotate the rising tube
clockwise until the fins are in place in the recesses in the foot piece.
2. Place the screw with the opening facing downwards in the rising tube. Rotate the screw by hand until the
opening at the bottom is secured to the motor shaft.
3. Slide the largest of the three chocolate plateaus onto the rising tube with the convex side facing upwards
and press it downwards. The plateau will rest approximately halfway along the rising tube on a ridge.
4. Slide the middle of the three chocolate plateaus onto the rising tube with the convex side facing upwards
and press it downwards. The plateau will rest above the other plateau on a smaller ridge on the rising
tube.
