PREVENTIVE
UNLOADED OPERATION
The Nailer includes a lockout mechanism to prevent nail
driving when the Nailer has run out of nails. When around
6 or less nails are left, the trigger can no longer be pulled.
Also, when driving of a series of nails is completed, about
6 nails are left, but driving of nails can be resumed by
refi lling with nails of the same length from the back.
NOTE
○ If you pull forcefully on the trigger when the trigger
cannot be pulled because there are 6 or less nails, the
lockout mechanism may malfunction, and the piston
may be activated, and so be careful not to pull too
forcefully on the trigger.
○ The lockout mechanism is disabled when the
magazine cover is opened. Firing while the Nailer is
empty will adversely aff ect various parts, and so be
careful not to fi re while the Nailer is empty.
