REMOVING/ FITTING PRESS
To remove the press pull it out of its housing with strength (Fig. 15).
To reassemble the press it must be set into its housing and press with strength taking care that the tongue
matches the provided slot on the lever (Fig. 16).
REMOVING/ FITTING CRANK
To fit the crank, take the crank plug off by pulling it outwards with strength (Fig. 17); apply the crank by
pressing slightly (Fig. 18).
Gratì can now be used manually by rotating the crank clockwise as shown (Fig. 19).
WARNING: when the crank is inserted, it is not possible to use the appliance with battery power.
Therefore, to start the motor and extract the roller, you must first remove the crank and re-insert the side
plug.
CLEANING
Opening the appliance and trying to intervene inside it is strictly forbidden.
Keep the appliance clean, it will thus guarantee excellent quality products and last longer.
Do not put the motor body into water or into other liquids.
All the objects shown in the picture (Fig. 20) can be washed by hand in warm water with mild detergents
or in the upper drawer of the dishwasher.
Do not use potentially abrasive products.
