When product goes wrong, before contacting the service center please confirm the following items.

Whether too much dust clog on the allergy filter?

Whether checked the operation indicator or not?
●
Whether indoor air pollution is too severe or not?
●
Whether the Sand Storm filter has many filths or not?
●
Whether using environment is too spacious or not?
●
Whether there are surrounding obstacles or not?
●
Whether install at non-ventilated places or not?

Procedures
Correctly connect with powerpoint.
●
Ask for assistance from service center.
●
Retrieve working when power cut finish.
●
Replace the battery or adjust the
●
battery(+, -) pole.
Stop working when front panel is opened,
●
close it completely. ( Left/ right close)
Clean the Sand Storm filter.
●
Replace the HEPA filter.
●
Replace a new one.
●
Set again according to manual.
●
Use after enough air circulation.
●
Clean the Sand Storm filter.
●
Use at appropriate space. (Avoid to use at well-ventilated
●
places such as exit and entrance and window etc.)
Remove obstacles.
●
Install at other places.
