KEY FUNCTION

MODE/SELECT
This key allows you to select and lock on to a particular function you desire.
Hold this key for 3-4 seconds to have all function values reset<total reset>.
OPERATION PROCEDURES
AUTO ON/OFF
The system turns on when any key is pressed or when it senses an input from the speed sensor(i.e. when you
begin exercising on it).
The monitor will automatically shut off if there has been inactivity for 4 to 5 minutes.
SPECIFICATIONS
SCAN Automatically scans each function in sequence.
TIME Displays the total time of the workout session
0:00 – 99:59.
COUNT Displays the total number of steps taken during the workout session.
0-9999
REPS/MIN Displays the repetitions (or strides) per minute during the workout
session.
0-9999
CAL Displays the calories burned during the workout session. NOTE: This is
an approximate measurement.
0.0-9999
FUNCTION To select TIME, COUNT, REPS/MIN, CALORIES.
BUTTON To RESET the values to default, press 3-4 seconds to reset the value.
BATTERY
The monitor operates on one AAA battery.
The battery will need to be replaced when an incorrect display appears on the LCD.
