3-1 Connecting the stand
Insert the AC adaptor plug into the connector on the
back of the stand until it stops (Fig. 1).
When disconnecting the AC adaptor plug, hold the
stand firmly and pull out straight.
3-2 Connecting the disposable handpiece
NOTICE • Only use a disposable prophy angle handpiece.
• Any commercially available disposable prophy angle handpieces compatible to ANSI/ADA N.
85-1:2004 can be used with the iProphy mobile.
• Always wear safety glasses and dust mask during use.
(1) Connecting
1) Turn off the motor handpiece.
2) Cover the handpiece with the supplied
handpiece sleeve (Fig. 2).
3) Insert the disposable handpiece firmly
and check that the connection is secure
(Fig. 3, 4).

disposable handpiece, turn it in the
direction of arrow in Fig. 3.

(2) Disconnecting
1) Turn off the motor handpiece.
2) Pull straight on the disposable handpiece to remove.
When choosing a handpiece sleeve select one which is closest to the model listed below and works best for
your particular use. Refer to the manufacturer's instructions for proper use of the sleeve.
