The locking pin can be lubricated using the
grease nipple (1).
11.4 Reversing or replacing a
worn slide bar
If the slide bar is worn or damaged
from use, it can be reversed as follows.
● Remove snow plough. (
Removing the slide bar:
● Loosen nuts (1) and remove with
washers (2).
● Remove slide bar (3), clamping plate
(4) and bolts (5).
Installing the slide bar:
● Reverse or replace slide bar (3) and
place it, together with the clamping
plate (4), on the snow plough (A).
● Insert the bolts (5) through the clamping
plate (4), slide bar (3) and snow
plough (A).
● Insert washers (2) and tighten nuts (1)
lightly at first.
● Adjust the slide bar. (

In order for the snow plough to

function optimally, the slide bar
must be adjusted correctly.
Adapt the adjustment of the slide
bar to external conditions (ground).
Install the slide bar parallel to the
snow plough. Use multiple
measurement points (at least three)
along the slide bar.
Basic setting:
B = 15 mm
Adjustment procedure:
● Put the snow plough in the transport
position. (
● For safety, place a support (1) (e.g.
piece of wood) about 60 mm in height
under both skids (2) (right and left side
of the snow plough).
● Check the distance (B) of the slide bar

(3) from the bottom edge of the snow
plough (4).
● If necessary, loosen the nuts (A/F 17)
on bolts (5) and establish distance (B)
between the slide bar (3) and the edge
of the snow plough (4).
Next, retighten the nut to
8 - 9 Nm.
● Remove the support and lower the
snow plough into working position.

Note
After adjusting the slide bar, the two
skids must be adjusted again.

12.2 Adjusting the skids

The slide bar must be checked and
adjusted if necessary before
adjusting the skids.
In order for the snow plough to function
optimally, the skids must be adjusted
correctly.
Adjustment:
The bottom edge of the skid and bottom
edge of the slide bar must be at the same
height.
Adjustment procedure:
● Put the snow plough in the transport
position. (

● Insert a parallel support (1) (e.g.
wooden strip about 60 mm in height)
along the entire width of the snow
plough (125 cm).
Lower the snow plough (2) and ensure
that the snow plough rests on the
support with the slide bar.
● Unscrew both nuts (4) on the skid (3).
Press and hold down the skids on the
support (1).
Tighten nuts (3) to 21 - 25 Nm.
● Repeat this procedure on the other
skid.
● Put the snow plough in the transport
position. (
