POSITIONING
The oven must be positioned on its support or on the work surface. All models have
adjustable feet.
The side and rear surfaces of the appliance must be accessible in order to enable the
appliance to be connected to the electricity and water supplies and for normal
maintenance.
The appliance can be installed alone or in line. Respect a minimum distance of 80mm
between the appliance and any walls made of flammable material, partitions, kitchen
furniture or nearby equipment. The contact surfaces must be covered with non-
combustible heat insulating material. The appliance, and especially the power lead, must
not be installed anywhere near heat sources and the temperature of the place in which the
appliance is installed must not rise above 50°C.
***After installing the appliance, check for any leaks in the fittings. It is recommended to
use non-corrosive foam products, such as leak detection sprays, to look for any leaks.
When checking for leaks do not use naked flames!***

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

The appliance must be wired to the mains power supply in compliance with current
regulations.
Before carrying out the wiring, make sure that:
a) the voltage corresponds to the voltage specified on the rating plate affixed to the rear
panel of the appliance and indicated in this manual
b) the supply system has been effectively earthed in compliance with current regulations.
c) if there is a direct connection to the line there is an automatic circuit breaker of
appropriate capacity upstream of the appliance that has a contact opening that is greater
2
than 3mm
.
When the appliance is operating the supply voltage must not deviate from nominal voltage
by ± 10 %.
NOMINAL VOLTAGE = 230 VAC 50 Hz
The appliance has an equipotential terminal to ensure equal power compared to adjacent
appliances, if any. The terminal is marked by the symbol
.
Attention: Do not connect the earth conductor to this terminal.

CONNECTING THE POWER CABLE

The appliance has a terminal block located on the rear wall.
Open the cover of the terminal block at the bottom using a screwdriver to gain purchase.
Pass the cable through the cable press, connecting the live conductor to the terminal
marked " L ", the neutral conductor to the terminal marked "N" and the earth conductor to
the terminal marked by the symbol
. The earth conductor must be longer than the
others so that in the event of pulling it is the last to become detached. Close the cover of
the terminal block.
An H05VV-F flexible power cable should be used and the section of the conductors must
be at least 3x1.5 mm². Use the yellow/green cable only for the earth connection.
Make sure that the power cable does not come into contact with hot surfaces.
