5.8.5 Status Module connection with double safety

In the event that power supply from the anti-static bar by means of a double safety connection is
required, it can be arranged as follows:

6 Commissioning

Attention:
- Remove the protective cover
- The Anti-static bar does not work when the emitters are covered.
The purpose of protective cover is to protect the emitters during transport and assembly.

6.1 Anti-static bar commissioning.

The anti-static bar can be switched off and on by means of the remote on / off connector on the
Ex status module. There is also the possibility to have feedback whether high voltage is active.
This is done via the HV-OK-wire (see chapter 8).
- Connect the power for the Ex Status Module.
- Provide 24 V DC to the Remote on/off to the Ex Status Module.
- When 24 V DC power is supplied and the remote on / off input is made active, the anti-static
bar will be switched on
