Turkish bath

he Turkish bath is enjoyable and beneficial at any time of the
year, both in winter to prevent discomfort related to the com-
mon cold and to provide relief to muscles, as well as in summer to
lower body temperature and promote tanning (or to enhance it).
The Turkish bath also stimulates the replenishment of water in
the body, keeping the respiratory passages unobstructed by keep-
ing them moist; it also promotes vasodilation and, as a result, im-
proved skin nourishment.
Note regarding operation of the Turkish bath and the scale-
removal cycle.
Activation of the Turkish bath function depends on how
many times it has been activated previously. If it has been
activated between 20 and 30 times, pressing the "Turkish
bath" button the water-pitcher symbol on the display flash-
es for a few seconds (in the TT model, the "Turkish bath" but-
ton flashes). This indicates that a scale-removal cycle needs
to be run (the "Turkish bath" function is still available).
However, when the maximum number of Turkish baths
that can be activated has been reached (30), the function is
no longer available (in the TOP model, pressing the "Turkish bath"
button the control panel returns to "stand-by" mode, while in the TT
model, the "water-pitcher" button also lights up). A scale-removal
cycle needs to be run.
As an exception, the scale-removal cycle can be de-
layed and the Turkish bath function can continue to be used
a certain number of times.

All models
It is possible to use scented sticks or essential oils to perfume
the steam bath: open the dispensers and insert the sticks (or
some drops of oil); then reclose the dispensers, pressing them
down until they lock.

The single-dose packages of scented sticks are available from
Jacuzzi® Service Centres; we advise cutting the sticks into two piec-
es, and placing one in each dispenser.
Make sure that the waterfall, the whirlpool jets and/or the
scale removal cycle are not active; also make sure that the con-
trol panel is in the "awaiting instructions" mode (refer to the
"Activating the electronic functions" chapter).
TOP model
Press the "Turkish bath" key, the following configuration will ap-
pear on the display:

If a few seconds pass without pressing any key, the control
panel will return to the "awaiting instructions" mode and then
"stand-by": press the "on/off" key to reactivate the control panel
and then the "Turkish bath" key to activate the desired function.
Make sure that the steam symbol has been selected (the
cloud on a white background, as shown in the figure); if not, use
keys "<" or ">" to select the symbol.
Then press the "on/off" key to access the function menu.
If there are errors that do not permit the function to be acti-
vated, these are shown on the display with codes:
AL1_1
AL1_2
AL3
....
Press the "on/off" key again to return to the previous point;
then refer to the "Error condition" chapter and contact a Jacuzzi®
service centre if necessary.
