6. MAINTENANCE
Maintenance is reduced to a minimum due to the correct construction of
the appliances. Nonetheless we recommend having the systems
checked by qualified personnel at least twice a year.
N.B.: the manufacturer will not be held liable for direct or indirect
damage caused by incorrect installation, poor maintenance, tampering,
improper use or failure to comply with fire prevention and safety
standards for gas systems.
6.1
TRANSFORMATION FOR OPERATING WITH OTHER
GASES – TOP BURNERS
The equipment is inspected and set up to operate with gas according to
that indicated in the feature table near the gas inlet on the appliance.
Proceed as follows to operate with other types of gas:
Qualified personnel must perform this transformation.
LPG nozzles are supplied inside a nylon bag.

Replacing burner nozzles:

remove the grids (1) and the burners (2) and replace the nozzles at the
bottom of the burner bodies (3) according to the TECHNICAL DATA
TABLE depending on the type of gas.

Adjusting the minimum:
remove the knobs (8) of the cocks and, using a screwdriver, act on the
minimum adjustment screw (9) of the cock until you obtain the
adjustment you desire.

Feed pressure:
it must be according to that prescribed on the feature plate of the
appliance and in the instruction booklet (see TECHNICAL DATA
TABLE). Check the feed pressure by inserting a rubber hose with a
water pressure gauge or the likes on the pressure inlet (10) welded onto
the ramp, by removing the screw (11). Then screw the pressure inlet
screw back on. If the feed pressure is different than that prescribed, find
the cause and adjust it according to that prescribed.
Attention: after each transformation, apply the new calibration on the
feature plate of the appliance by affixing the specific plate contained in

the nozzle bag.
