IMPORTANT

Please be aware that this unit is fitted with a resettable thermal overload switch as an additional
measure to prevent heating element failure due to low fluid levels.
In the event that the fluid levels within the bath become reduced due to underfilling/evaporation
or draining there is the possibility the heating element could overheat, causing irreparable
damage to the heating element and potentially the cleaning tank bath.
Please ensure fluid levels are maintained at 3/4 full when in use.
As an additional feature, this tank has a resettable thermal switch mounted to one of the heater
pads if the temperature of the heater pad rises to a level that could potentially cause damage,
the thermal switch will reset and prevent the heating elements being powered from the contactor.
This will prevent the elements from switching back on once the heating elements have cooled
down.
Resetting the thermal switch
Before opening the unit ensure the tank and generators are isolated from the mains supply and
plugs are disconnected.
To reset the tank thermal switch, the cover with the heating power lead sockets needs to be
removed. Unscrew the two Allen Key Screws, release the power lead gland and lift the panel
slightly to release the bottom from the two pegs.
The panel will be restricted by internal wiring and will only move to the side, the thermal switch is
arrowed as bellow and can be reset by pressing in the plunger this will click once reset.
Re-fit covers in reverse order.
