• Fill pot (8) with water up to the maximum level for hot milk MAX
• Fit the hot milk blender (3).
• Press the ON/OFF push button (11) twice to carry out an operation
cycle with water in order to remove any manufacturing residues from
the internal part of pot (8). Then dry the appliance carefully.
STARTING UP
To start the appliance, do as follows:
• Remove lid (1) from pot (8) (fig.1).
SUGGESTION: Use fresh milk, UHT milk, full cream or semi-skimmed
freshly opened milk.

PREPARING THE HOT MILK FROTH
• Fit blender (2) or (4) according to the froth density you prefer. With the
black blender (4) you will obtain a dense milk froth, while with the white
blender (2) you will obtain a medium density froth (fig.2).
