CAUSE
Defective control potentiometer /
Control PCB.
Low primary power supply
voltage.
Defective hall probe.

Welding cable is not properly con-

The distance between tungsten
electrode and workpiece is too
long.
There is oil or dust on the
workpiece.
Instable earth connection
Torch trigger is defective.
Defective HF PCB
Defective power module.
Gas cylinder is close or gas pres-
sure is low
Control PCB is defective.
Solenoid valve is defective.
Solenoid valve is defective.
REMEDY
Contact after sales service centre.
Check power line.
Replace the hall probe.
Contact after sales service centre.
Check for proper cable connection.
Ensure it is in good conditions and
its lenght is not too long.
Reduce the distance, about 3mm.
Clean the workpiece before
welding.
Check for proper earth cable
