elmeg T300 Key Expansion Module
The elmeg T300 key expansion module is designed for use with the
elmeg C3x0 and elmeg CS3x0 telephones.
Please follow the instructions in the operator's manual for setting up and cleaning the te-
lephone. These instructions also apply to the elmeg T300 key expansion module. Also
included in the operator's manual for the telephone is a description for installing and pro-
gramming the key expansion module.
Attention: The key extension module may not be connected to telephones that are
configured as emergency service phones.
Safety Notice
•
Use only the accessories supplied with the unit for installation and con-
nection of the key expansion module to the telephone.
•
Unauthorized opening of the key expansion module and improper repair
work may result in risks and hazards for the user.
•
Keep liquids out of the key expansion module, otherwise there is a risk of
electrical shock. Liquid ingress into the key expansion module may de-
stroy the unit.
•
Do not plug in or unplug any lines during a thunderstorm.
•
To preclude reciprocal damage or interference, do not install the key ex-
pansion module in the direct vicinity of electronic devices such as stereo
systems, office machines or microwave devices.
•
Do not install the unit in the vicinity of heat sources, e.g. radiators, or in
damp rooms.
The ambient temperature range for safe, reliable operation of the unit is
between 5° and 40°C.
