6.13 COUNTER OPERATION

6.13.1 In case of Poka-Yoke, Service1, Service2, Service3
After setting, "OK STROKE or OK FORCE"
messages are shown in blue and count up
with one-time buzzer. These characters are
depending on the setting of tool either
Stroke Control, Force Control or Multicontrol.
In Multi-control, user could know which
control the tool detected first.
*If the tool is operated without fastener/
nut, it does not count. There is no "NOK"
judgement.
If the count value reaches a setting value,
"Complete" character is shown in Blue with
Blue background and discontinuous beep.
Operator cannot continue to work for next
riveting without confirming this alarm.
Touch the screen somewhere to clear the
complete alarm.
The screen switches to "Reset conformation"
screen.
Touch "Yes" character string to reset the
counter value, after that operator can
continue to work for next setting.
After rivet setting, if the result is out of OK
range, "NOK" character is shown in Red with
Red background and does not count up the
counter with discontinuous beep.
Operator cannot continue to work for next
riveting without cancelling the error.
Touch the screen somewhere to clear the
error.
*If Smart function is tuned off, "NOK" is not
shown.
