The MAYFIELD Adult Radiolucent Horseshoe Headrest is designed to provide support and stabilization of the head in conjunction with the
following equipment: A1079 MAYFIELD Radiolucent Base Unit (shown in Figure 2), A2004 MAYFIELD Radiolucent Headrest System, A1111
MAYFIELD Radiolucent Tri-Star Swivel Adaptor, A2079 MAYFIELD Infinity XR2 Base Unit, and A2111 MAYFIELD Infinity XR2 Tri-Star Swivel
Adaptor.

The MAYFIELD Adult Radiolucent Horseshoe Headrest is designed to attach to the Short Swivel Adaptor (Figure 3) of the MAYFIELD
Radiolucent Base Unit or the MAYFIELD Infinity XR2 Base Unit (not shown). If extra starburst attachments for ancillary equipment are
desired, the MAYFIELD Adult Radiolucent Horseshoe Headrest may be attached to the MAYFIELD Radiolucent Tri-Star Swivel Adaptor
(REF A-1111, Figure 4) of the MAYFIELD Radiolucent Headrest System (REF A-2004) in conjunction with the MAYFIELD Radiolucent Base
Unit or the MAYFIELD XR2 Tri-Star Swivel Adaptor (REF A2111 (not shown)).
