Terminal strip allocation, see Fig. 2.
Terminal strip 1X3-4, orange
Terminal strip 2X3-4, gray
Terminal strip 3X3-4, blue
Terminal strip 4X3-4, green/yellow
Connect terminal strips 1X3-4 (orange), 2X3-4 (gray) and 3X3-4 (blue) that are already in the module holder with the new terminal
strips.
Bridge them together using the provided black wires; see Fig. 2, Pos. 5
Check existing wiring:
Check that the blue wire from module 1 (liquid dispensing 1-6) EZL 235
see Fig. 2, Pos. 6
Modify existing connections:
Disconnect the plug from module 1 EZL 235
see Fig. 2, Pos. 1.
Connect the screw terminals:
Connect the ecru 4-pin screw terminal to module 3 (liquid dispensing 7-11 and WRG) EZL 235
Connect the green 7-pin screw terminal to module 3 (liquid dispensing 7-11 and WRG) EZL 235 ST8; see Fig. 2, Pos. 2b.
Connect the red 4-pin screw terminal to module 3 (liquid dispensing 7-11 and WRG) EZL 235
Connect the blue 6-pin screw terminal to module 3 (liquid dispensing 7-11 and WRG) EZL 235
Arrange and connect the wiring harnesses:
Warning!
The load and control current wiring harnesses should be separated from one another to prevent noise in the control circuit
(electromagnetic tolerance).
Extra wiring should be laid in the opposite direction to avoid antenna-like behavior.
Connect load current wiring harness 20X-41X from module 3 (liquid dispensing 7-11 and WRG) EZL 235
dispensing 1-6) EZL 235
Connect control current wiring harness N1Q_ST112, N1Q_ST11 from module 3 (liquid dispensing 7-11 and WRG) EZL 235
to module 1 (liquid dispensing 1-6) EZL 235 ST112; see Fig. 2, Pos. 3b.
Connect electronics ELZ 235 module 3 and ELZ 235 module 1 in accordance with the wiring diagram.
Connect the coded plugs:
Connect coded plug WRG1 to module 3 (liquid dispensing 7-11 and WRG) EZL 235
Connect coded plug MFM 53X to module 3 (liquid dispensing 7-11 and WRG) EZL 235
Connect plug N1Q-ST11A to module 3 (liquid dispensing 7-11 and WRG) EZL 235 ST11, pin 1-2; see Fig. 2, Pos. 4c.
Connect coded plug MFM 3-5 to module 3 (liquid dispensing 7-11 and WRG) EZL 235
Register module 3 liquid dispensing 7-11 and water recycling (WRG):
Service Settings Register module EZL with coding 3 Register module? OK Diskette symbol to save the registration.
Switch on dispensing display.
Service Settings Basic settings Dispensing Dispensing display: Off
symbol to save display activation.
Note
Switching on the dispensing display enables the operator to select and deselect dispensing. Without dispensing display, only
information regarding whether dispensing is active and the dispensing amount is shown.
To quit service mode, switch the machine off.
