Connect the screw terminals:
Connect the 4-pin/ecru screw terminal to module 5 (liquid dispensing 1-3 and WRG) EZL 235 ST6; see Fig. 3, Pos. 3a.
Connect the 7-pin/green screw terminal to module 5 (liquid dispensing 1-3 and WRG) EZL 235
Connect the 4-pin/red screw terminal to module 5 (liquid dispensing 1-3 and WRG) EZL 235
Connect the 6-pin/blue screw terminal to module 5 (liquid dispensing 1-3 and WRG) EZL 235
Arrange and connect the wiring harnesses:
Warning!
The load and control current wiring harnesses should be separated from one another to prevent noise in the control circuit
(electromagnetic tolerance).
Extra wiring should be laid in the opposite direction to avoid antenna-like behavior.
Connect load current wiring harness N1Q_ST11, Y39 from module 1 (liquid dispensing 1-6) EZL 235
intake valve (Y39); see Fig. 3, Pos. 4a.
Feed the wiring harness through the module holder to the EZL 235 module and arrange it underneath the module holder.
Secure wiring harness N1Q_ST11, Y39 to the module holder with cable ties.
Connect cold-water intake valve Y39 in accordance with the wiring diagram.
Connect control current wiring harness N1D_ST13, X3-4 from module 5 (liquid dispensing 1-3 and WRG) EZL 235
terminal strips 1X3-4 (orange) and 2X3-4 (gray); see Fig. 3, Pos. 4b.
Connect control current wiring harness N1L_ST11B, N1Q_ST11 from module 5 (liquid dispensing 1-3 and WRG) EZL 235 ST111 to
ELP 235 ST11B; see Fig. 3, Pos. 4c.
Connect load current wiring harness 20X-41X from module 5 (liquid dispensing 1-3 and WRG) EZL 235
see Fig. 3, Pos. 4d.
Connect the blue wire from module 5 (liquid dispensing 1-3 and WRG) EZL 235
see Fig. 3, Pos. 6
Connect electronics ELZ 235 and ELP 235 in accordance with the wiring diagram.
Connect the coded plugs:
Connect coded plug WRG1 to module 5 (liquid dispensing 1-3 and WRG) EZL 235 ST6, pin 2-3; see Fig. 3, Pos. 5a.
Connect coded plug MFM 53X to module 5 (liquid dispensing 1-3 and WRG) EZL 235
Connect plug N1Q_ST11A to module 5 (liquid dispensing 1-3 and WRG) EZL 235
Connect coded plug 40X to module 5 (liquid dispensing 1-3 and WRG) EZL 235
Connect coded plug MFM 1-2-5 to module 5 (liquid dispensing 1-3 and WRG) EZL 235
Register module 1 (liquid dispensing 1-3):
Service Settings Register module EZL with coding 1 Register module? OK Diskette symbol to save the registration.
Switch on dispensing display.

symbol to save display activation.
Note
Switching on the dispensing display enables the operator to select and deselect dispensing. Without dispensing display, only
information regarding whether dispensing is active and the dispensing amount is shown.
To quit service mode, switch the machine off.
Connect and calibrate the dispensing pump:
Knock out the pre-punched hole on the machine rear panel.
Install the cable guide on the rear panel; see Fig. 4.
Connect the dispensing pump in accordance with the wiring diagram.
If dispensing pump capacity is known, this value can be entered directly in the operator level (e.g., dispensing pump 1).

If dispensing pump capacity is not known, the dispensing pump should be calibrated in the operator level (e.g., dispensing pump 1).

Place the dispensing pump's suction hose in a container with a fill line.
Fill the container to the fill line.
Press the 0/1 button (dispensing pump will run for 60 seconds).
