Disconnect the machine from the electrical mains and ensure power cannot be switched on again in error.
Remove the lid parts.
Remove the connection box cover plate (Pos. 1), liquid dispenser cover plate (Pos. 2) and intake valves cover plate
(Pos. 3), see Fig. 1.
Note
If the wiring harness ELP 230-29X-X3/4 (external dispenser connection) is fitted, it must be removed.
Check the coding plug on the additional electronic module EZL 230.
Loosen the holding plate holder.
Slide the captive nuts M4 over the holes in the component bracket.
Fasten the electronic module holder including the fitted additional module EZL 230 to the component bracket with the
bolts M4 x 12.5, see Fig. 2, Pos. 1.
Tighten the holding plate holder.
Fit the adapter EV 230 with spacers on the connection box component bracket, see Fig. 3, Pos. 1.
Fit the cold water intake valve with the screws M4 x 12.5, see Fig. 4, Pos. 1.
Fit the pressure hose 330 mm and secure it with the hose clips. Take care with the hose position on the mixer box and
the position of the hose clip screws, see Fig. 4, Pos. 3.
Stick the Cold sticker on the outside of the machine above the cold water intake valve, see Fig. 4, Pos. 2
Lay the wiring harness 50X-Y39 in the cable guide to the component bracket, Fig. 5, Pos. 1, parallel to the existing
wiring harnesses.
Connect the cold water intake valve (Y39) in accordance with the wiring diagram.
Lay the wiring harnesses 20X-41X, 49X-46X, 47X-100X and 50X-54X-102X in the cable guide to the component
bracket, Fig. 5, Pos. 1, parallel to the existing wiring harnesses.
Note
Lay the wiring harness 51X-52X-101X along the fascia panel, parallel to the existing wiring harnesses.
Modify the existing plug connections as follows:
Disconnect ELP 230-20X and connect it to EZL 230-48X.
Disconnect EZL 231-49X and connect it to EZL 230-49X.
Connect the electronic module ELZ 230 and adapter EV 230 in accordance with the wiring diagram.
Register module 1, liquid dispensing 1 - 6 - Clean/Soiled side via the service mode.

Note
If the dispensing display is activated, the operator can activate and deactivate dispensing. If the dispensing display
is not activated, dispensing activation and deactivation is controlled by the programme in operation only.
