PROBLEM
The switch light
remains off.
The panel light doesn't
turn on after the machine
has been on for several
minutes
The sealing process
occours normally, but the
light remains green
The unit heats, but sealing
process is not sufficient
ATTENTION: BEFORE EVERY MAINTENANCE INTERVENTION TURN OFF
THE VOLTAGE ALLOW A SPECIALISED TECHNICIAN TO
PERFORM THE CHECK
DANGER: HIGH INTERNAL VOLTAGE

CAUSES
No voltage
Protection fuses on the
side of the cable
Switch light broken
Panel broken
The light doesn't function
The power unit is not heating
Micro Switch
broken
Sealing pressure
is not sufficient
Silicon rubber ruined
SOLUTION
No electrical current
Check for possible short
circuit or brekage, if so
replace with fuses of the
same value
Replace the switch fuses
set
Replace the electronic board
Replace the light
Replace the power unit
Replace the
micro switch
Check the screws which
support the silicon rubber
piece
Replace the silicon rubber
piece.
