To run the descaling programme, select the
"Start" option and validate with the OK but-
ton. Then follow the instructions on the
screen.
A message will invite you to pour the
contents of the descaling sachet into the
water tank.
Use a large spoon with a long handle to
mix the water in the tank or remove the
water tank and carefully shake it from left
to right until the descaler is dissolved.
Run the descaling programme right to the
end.

Note : The pump operates intermit-
tently. It is essential that you wait until the
descaling programme is completely fini-
shed (after around 22 min).
A message on the screen will indicate when the programme is finished.
! Caution : If the descaling pro-
gramme is interrupted by a power cut or
accidental unplugging of the machine, it
must be started again from the begin-
