Zusatzgeräte
2.3.1 Bedientableau
Über eigensichere Steuerstromkreise an der
Steuergerät PS 850 S / PS 860 S besteht die
Möglichkeit Bedien- und Visualisierungstable-
aus anzuschliessen. Diese Zusatzgeräte sind
insbesondere bei einem Einbau des Steuerge-
räts in das Ex p-Gehäuse selbst sehr nützlich.
Für das Steuergerät sind verschiedene Tableaus
vorgesehen.
2.3.2 Bedientableau BT854 und BT855
Die Bedientableaus BT854.x und BT855.x sind
eine einfache Gruppierung rein passiver, (im Sin-
ne der Norm EN 60079-11) einfache elektrische
Betriebsmittel, die ohne eigene Zertifizierung an
einen eigensicheren Stromkreis (bescheinigter
Stromkreis an eigensicherer Klemmleiste 1-10
an Steuergerät FS 850 S) angeschlossen wer-
den dürfen. Daher sind diese auch nicht explizit
im Baumuster BVS 12 ATEX E 056 nicht aufge-
führt.
Die Bedientableaus verfügen über die folgenden
Elemente:
– Schalter für EIN/AUS
– Schlüsselschalter Bypass
– LED-Leuchtmeldung BEREIT und EIN
Die Verbindungsleitung zum Steuergerät benö-
tigt 6 Adern.
2.3.3 Intelligentes Bedientableau Typ BT851
Dieses Bedientableau signalisiert Betriebs- und
Fehlermeldungen im Klartext. Mit 4 Folientasten
ist eine Bedienung der Steuergerät PS 850 S /
PS 860 S möglich. Momentane Druck- und
Durchflusswerte oder Restspülzeit sind jederzeit
abrufbar.
Die Verbindungsleitung zum Steuergerät benö-
tigt nur 3 Adern.
Meldeleuchte am BT851
Unterhalb des Displays befindet sich eine rote
Alarm-Meldeleuchte (LED). Diese blinkt, wenn
der Druck im Ex p-Gehäuse kleiner dem einge-
stelltem Mindestdruck ist. Bei aktiviertem
Bypass und im Normalbetrieb ist die LED aus.

Dispositifs supplémentaires
2.3.1 Panneaux de commande
Il est possible de connecter des tableaux de
commande et de visualisation par les circuits de
sécurité intrinsèque au dispositif PS 850 S / PS
860 S. Ces composants supplémentaires sont
très pratiques, notamment pour le montage de
dispositifs de commande dans le boîtier Ex p.
Différents panneaux sont disponibles.
2.3.2 Panneaux BT854.1 et BT855.1
Les tableaux BT854.x et BT855.x sont des
assemblages
de
composants
électriques
simples et purement passifs (au sens de la nor-
me EN 60079-11) pouvant être connectés sans
certification propre à un circuit de sécurité intrin-
sèque (circuit de sécurité certifié pour bornier
intrinsèque 1-10 de l'appareil de commande). Ils
ne sont de ce fait pas indiqués expressément
dans l'attestation d'examen de type BVS 12
ATEX E 056.
Les tableaux de commande disposent des élé-
ments suivants:
– Interrupteur MARCHE/ARRÊT
– Interrupteur à clé By-pass
– Voyant électroluminescent D.E.L.
MARCHE/ARRÊT
La ligne de connexion au dispositif de com-
mande nécessite 6 fils.
2.3.3 Panneau intelligent de type BT 851
Ce panneau indique le service et les erreurs
sous la forme d'un texte clair. Les 4 touches à
effleurement permettent la commande du dis-
positif PS 850 S / PS 860 S. La pression et le
débit momentanés de même que le temps rési-
duel de balayage peuvent être consultés à tout
moment.
La ligne de connexion au dispositif de com-
mande ne nécessite que 3 fils.
Voyant électroluminescent du BT851
Le visuel dispose d'une diode rouge (DEL). Cel-
le-ci clignote lorsque la pression dans le boîtier
Ex p est inférieure à la pression minimum réglée.
En cas de by-pass activé et en service normal,
la LED est éteinte.

Auxiliary equipment
2.3.1 Operating panels
If desired, operating and visualizing panels can
be connected via intrinsically safe control cir-
cuits on the PS 850 S / PS 860 S control unit.
They are particularly advantageous if the control
unit is built into the Ex-p enclosure itself. Vari-
ous panels are available for the control unit.
2.3.2 Operating panels BT 854 and BT 855
The BT854.x and BT855.x operating panels
consist of a simple grouping of passive (as
specified in the standard IEC 60079-11), simple
electrical apparatus that, without their own cer-
tification, may be connected to an intrinsically
safe circuit (certified circuit on the intrinsically
safe terminal rail 1-10 on the PS 850 S / PS 860
S control unit). For this reason, they are not
mentioned explicitly in the EN Type Examination
Certificate BVS 12 ATEX E 056.
The operating panels feature the following ele-
ments:
– On/Off-switch
– Key-operated switch for bypass
– LED-indicator for READY and ON
The connection cable to the control unit requires
6 conductors.
2.3.3 Intelligent operating panel, type BT 851
This operating panel shows operation and mal-
function messages in clear text. The PS 850 S /
PS 860 S control unit can be operated by means
of the 4 membrane keys. The momentary pres-
sure and flow rate values or the remaining purg-
ing time can be seen at all times.
The connection cable to the control unit only
requires 3 conductors.
Alarm signal lamp on the BT851
The red alarm signal lamp (LED) is located below
the display. The lamp blinks if the pressure
inside the cabinet falls below the programmed
minimum pressure. The LED does not light up
during the bypass mode or normal operation.
