Service and Maintenance

Although most service should be conducted by a qualified
service person, there are several things that can be checked
to ensure safe and comfortable operation.
The area surrounding the heater should be free from any
types of combustible materials, and the filter should be
checked and cleaned on a monthly basis. All other mainte-
nance should be conducted by a qualified service person.
RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE
MAINTENANCE ITEM
Verify the area is free from combustible materials.
Verify the combustion and ventilation air is not restricted.
Verify the flue and inlet pipes do not have any cracks or
holes.
Verify burner flame.
Clean the blower compartment
Clean the burners.
Verify the condensate system is clean and leak free.
