SETTING UP THE AWNING
The NORTH-TWIN model can be fitted to several types of vehicles (caravans, motorhomes
and vans). Depending on your vehicle, the setup procedure varies.
For vehicles fitted with a rail, the awning can be set up using the kedder provided for the
purpose. In this case, the rear fixing bar is not necessary.
For other vehicles, the awning can be attached to the vehicle using the 3 suction cups sup-
plied with the awning.
If for example the suction cups do not adhere to the vehicle surface, it is possible to secure
the awning by passing the guy ropes over the roof of the vehicle and pegging them behind
the vehicle.
Fastening is also possible on the blind of the vehicle using an adjustable rod, which we sell
separately.
We also offer a magnetic bracket that allows you to adapt the awning to the metal parts of
the vehicle.
1 - Once your
tioned, clean the ground under the sur-
face of the awning carefully in order to
avoid any risk of damaging the canvas. The
vehicle door and windows must be closed.
For vehicles equipped with a rail, insert the
bracket into the rail at this step. (Fig. A)
2 - Once the awning is positioned on the ground,
take the pump and connect it to one of the 2
valves. (Fig. B)
3 - Start inflation, following the instructions in the
PUMP and INFLATION sections of this manual.
REMINDER: INFLATE EACH POLE TO:
0.344 BARS / 5 PSI. DO NOT INFLATE
ABOVE THESE VALUES AS THIS MAY
RESULT IN THE POLES BURSTING.
