TROUBLESHOOTING (CONTINUED)
LIFT OPTICS
The horizontal light beam was not detected to stop lift.
• Confirm the lift is not obstructed and is in the down position.

POWER FAILURE

AC line power was lost during a process.
• Push ESC to return to the main menu.
CLOSE DOOR
START/STOP was pushed with the door open.
• Once the door is closed the display will return to the process menu screen.
• If the door is closed, the door switch may be malfunctioning,
NO FREQUENCY
No Frequency
AC line power fault occurred.
• Turn OFF the unit using the power switch and restart.
NOTE: A power surge may cause any of the above errors to appear. Follow the
instructions provided to clear the error and resume normal operations.
If any error persists, call Dentsply Sirona service department for assistance.
