The device will not

Possible cause
It was not possible to correctly
record the pulse.

The cuff is fastened too tightly
or loosely.

The pump pressure is higher
than 300 mmHg.

• The ECG signal is unstable or
too weak. No ECG signal found.
• Contact pressure on the skin
is too weak.
• The measurement was inter-
rupted.
The batteries are almost empty.

incorrectly.
Solution
Please repeat the measurement.Make
sure that the cuff tube is properly
inserted and that you do not move or
