2 Important Notes

air humidity and very high or low tempera-
tures (admissible ambient temperature range:
0 – 40 °C)

3 Applications

Combined with the JTS receiver US-36G2 /5, this
pocket transmitter (including lavalier microphone)
creates a wireless audio transmission system
(506 – 542 MHz) Just like on the receiver, the
transmission frequency can either be selected
from one of the 6 preset groups or directly set
in steps of 25 kHz

The pocket transmitter may be operated in the

In the Federal Republic of Germany, the pocket
transmitter requires a frequency assignment
(for which a fee is charged) In other countries,

4 Inserting Batteries

For power supply, two 1 5 V batteries of size AA
are required
Only insert batteries of the same type and al-
ways replace both of them
If the pocket transmitter is not in use for a
longer period of time, always remove the bat-
teries as a precaution to prevent damage due
to battery leakage
1) To open the battery compartment, slightly
press the marking on the cover (6) and push
the cover downwards
2) Insert the batteries with the positive and neg-
ative poles as indicated in the compartment
3) Close and lock the cover
Never put batteries in the household
waste; always take them to a special
waste disposal, e g collection container
at your retailer

5 Connecting the Microphone

Fasten the microphone provided to its clip, and
then connect the microphone to the microphone
input (2) (To disconnect and remove, press the
black button to unlock the mini XLR inline jack )
Attach the clip to your clothes (e g tie), as close
to your mouth as possible
Instead of the microphone provided, it is also pos-
sible to use another JTS microphone equipped
with a 4-pole mini XLR connector
