Setting fax forwarding

The forward fax setting allows you to forward all received faxes to
another phone number. When forward fax is enabled, the receiving
MFP prints the fax (if Schedule Printing of Faxes is enabled, the fax
prints when the lock is disabled), and also forwards the fax to the fax
forward number.
Fax Forwarding is attempted only once, no retries occur. Also, all faxes

will be forwarded in fine or standard resolution.
To set Fax Forwarding, complete the following steps.

Touch FAX to display the fax menu.
Scroll down and touch FAX RECEIVE.
Scroll down and touch FORWARD FAX or SCHEDULE
PRINTING OF FAXES to display the settings screen.
Touch CHANGE PIN to display the PIN screen.
Using the keypad, type the PIN (at least four digits), and then
touch OK to display the CHANGE PIN screen.
Type a new PIN using the keyboard, then press OK.
Verify the PIN by typing it again, and then touch OK to save the
new PIN.
On the control panel, press the Menu button to display the
main menu.
Touch FAX to display the fax menu.
Scroll down and touch FAX RECEIVE.
Scroll down and touch FORWARD FAX to display the PIN
screen.
Using the key pad, type your PIN (must be at least four digits)
and touch OK. If you have an existing PIN, the FORWARD TO
NUMBER screen displays. If a PIN has not been created, you
are prompted to verify the new PIN by typing it again, and then
press OK.
Touch FAX FORWARDING to display the FAX FORWARDING
settings screen.
Touch FORWARD TO NUMBER to display the keyboard.
