Assemble the fittings and locking cylinder

Assemble the fittings.

Insert the locking cylinder and always thereby ensure that the locking cylinder closing nose is located in the middle
position (Fig. 13).

Fix the locking cylinder with the turnbuckle screw.
The safety lock is fully assembled.
Check the safet y lock

Check all the functions of the safety lock.

Check whether the latch and control latch of the lock are pushed back from the same impact edge when closing
the door.

Check whether all latches move in and move out freely after assembly without transverse load (Fig. 5).
The safety lock is completely assembled and checked for functionality.
