ON/FF Switch (1) -
is ready for normal operation. All system control
circuits are activated. OFF position deactivates
control circuits.
Output Current Knob (2) -
current supplied by the machine according to appli-
cation (thickness of material/speed).
DISPLAY (3) -
views the set cutting current when unit
is on, during pilot arc time views the pilot arc current
and during cutting views the cutting current.
It views the air pressure (bar) once air drain knob (8)
is pushed and during air pressure adjustment (9).
GREEN LED (4) -
Turns ON when input voltage is
applied to the machine.
YELLOW LED (5) -
protection is activated.
YELLOW LED (6) -
Turns on when the under-, over-
voltage protection is workin or when phase is missing.
RED LED (7) -
Turns ON when pilot or cutting arc
is initiated.
TORCH AIR PURGE BUTTON (8) -
remove any condensation that may have accumulated
in the torch and leads while the system was shut down
and to get the pressure set thru the air regulator (9)
viewed on the display.
AIR REGULATOR (9) -
- pull outwards to unlock. Note: push torch air purge
button before acting on the air regulator to get the
air pressure displayed.
AMP LED (10) -
when on it means that the display
is viewing the adjusted or the effective cutting current
or the arc current.
BAR LED (11) -
when on it means that the display
is viewing the adjusted pressure. When blinking it
means that air pressure is under 3,5 bar or over 6,5
bar.
GRIDING FUNCTION SELECTION BUTTON
(12) -
Allows to set unit for Griding cutting.
