CONNECTION OF THE MACHINE TO THE CNC
The machine is ready for the connection to
the robotic machines.
•
Ensure unit is off and unpluged from the po-
wer receptacle.
•
The machine is provided of a 7-pin male con-
nector located on the back panel. Connect
the power contact of the robotic machine to a
7-pin female connector suitable for the con-
nector mounted on the machine by following
the here shown diagram.
•
Connect the male connector to the machine.
Figure 12
The machine is set by default for manual cutting with
a pre-cut safety.
To set the machine for automatic cutting follow the
following directions:
•
Turn on the machine while holding the right
button key (8).
•
Set with the central potentiometer (2) PA = 0
on the display (3) (Basic is PA = 1 for the pre-
cutting safety).
•
To save the parameter, power the machine
OFF and ON.
ARC VOLTAGE SIGNAL
AUTION! ELECTRIC SHOCK CAN KILL
Following operation should be carried out
by trained personnel who are
aware of the risks caused by the high vol-
tage.
Carefully read the instructions and speci-
fications of the CNC machine before pro-
ceeding.
By default, the reduction of the output voltage is
equal to 1:50. In the case that the cutting table to be
connected requires a different voltage, it is possible
to set a 1:20 reduction. FIG. 13
•
Remove the tin bridge on PS1: 50.

•
Tin solder the two points of PS1: 20
If arc voltage is required to activate the torch height
control system, get a 1,00mm² cable sized for min
300V. The signal of arc voltage on the interface PCB
can be taken as follows:
•
Remove the cover panel of the machine.
•
Get the cable through the hole on the back
side of the machine (18) and connect it to the
interface PCB following the diagram.
•
Fix the cable.
•
Mount the cover panel.
