12. Warranty
NSK products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. NSK reserves the right to inspect all product to determine the cause of any
malfunction. Warranty is voided should the handpiece be used incorrectly, for anything other than the intended purpose, has been tampered with by
unqualified personnel or has had non-genuine NSK parts installed. Replacement parts will remain available for seven years following discontinuation of
the model.
