CHECKING / ADJUSTING FUEL DELIVERY START
1. The choke (cold start support) must not be activated.
2. The engine has to be in impulse transmitter 1
bell gate).
3. Instead of the screw plug, screw gauge holder and gauge plus attached probe (approx. 2.5mm
initial load) onto the fuel pump.
4. Now turn the crank shaft slowly against the engine's rotation until the needle of the gauge won't
move anymore.
5. After that set back the gauge to "0".
6. Now turn the crank shaft with the engine's rotation until the impulse transmitter mark matches.
7. The gauge should be reading the according stroke now.
8. False setting can be adjusted by loosening the clamp bolts and turning the fuel pump.
9. Don't forget to replace the sealing ring of the screw plug after the removal of gauge holder and
gauge.
