The low-cut filter reduces low frequency background noise (e.g. rumbling
or humming noise).
Increase the output signal level, if you want to record extremely quiet
sounds.
Reduce the output signal level, if you want to record extremely loud sounds.

Maintenance and cleaning

• This product does not require maintenance. There are no components located
inside the product you need to maintain. Never open/dismantle the product. Have
maintenance and repairs done by qualified experts or repair shops only.
• Before cleaning, disconnect the product from the connected device.
• To clean the product, a dry, soft and clean cloth is sufficient. Use a soft, clean
longhair brush to remove dust.
• Never use any aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions as they may cause
damage to the housing or cause the product to malfunction.
Disposal
a) Product
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the
household waste.
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product in accordance with
applicable regulatory guidelines.
Remove the battery (if installed) and dispose of separately from the product.
b) (Rechargeable) batteries
You as the end user are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used batteries/
rechargeable batteries. Disposing of them in the household waste is prohibited.
Contaminated (rechargeable) batteries are labeled with this symbol to
indicate that disposal in the domestic waste is forbidden. The designations
for the heavy metals involved are: Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Mercury, Pb = Lead
(name on (rechargeable) batteries, e.g. below the trash icon on the left).
Used batteries/rechargeable batteries can be returned to collection
points in your municipality, our stores or wherever batteries/rechargeable
batteries are sold.
You thus fulfill your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the
environment.
