Before starting up the machine, make sure that the motor is connected to the main supply and all the panels secured.
4. Maintenance
Before manipulating the ventilator, make sure it is disconnected from the mains supply even if it has previously been switched off.
Prevent the possibility of anyone else connecting it while it is being manipulated.
Check regularly the filter clogging, measuring the differential pressure drop with the 2 tube connectors foreseen. The filter should be
change when its pressure drop reaches twice the initial pressure drop.
A safety differential pressure switch can be used to monitor the filter clogging.
a) G4 filter:
- Open the lateral panel turning the lock with a large screwdriver
- Remove the G4 filter dragging inside the box
- Replace a new filter and close the lateral panel
b) Bag filter:
- Open the lateral panel turning the lock with a large screwdriver
- Pull up and down the lock to release the filter bag
- Remove the G4 filter dragging inside the box
- Replace a new filter taking care in no damaging it
- Replace the upper and lower lock to secure the adjustment of the filter against the seals of the module
dealing with products at the end of their life:
To contribute to environmental protection and optimisation of natural resources, this product should be recycled at the end of its useful life.
