Change the chassis
Mount lead
Drive down the clamper
Mount the DVD unit
Mount the ribbon cables
- Change the rest of the DVD chassis. Start by removing plugs 72P500, 72P501,
72P502, 72P503, and 72P507 ( 23). Remove the PCB72 by removing three
screws ( 30). Then mount the new chassis - remember to reconnect the plugs.
- Mount the lead 76P436 on the DVD unit ( 24).
- Drive down the clamper manually.
- Mount the DVD unit by using the two screw (S) ( 23). Adjust the unit until it is
fl ush with the rest of the surface, both as seen from above and from the front.
- Mount the ribbon cables in 72P504, 72P505 and 72P508 ( 23). PLEASE NOTE
that the ribbon cable with tape on one side should be mounted in 72P504!
Otherwise the DVD-unit will be damaged!
