Start-up
Operation of the control module is software-dependent.
To program, connect a PC with ETS 2 from Version 1.1
onwards, to the Powernet EIB bus line via an EIB-RS 232
interface (e.g., 6186/20-500).
To allocate physical address:
• Connect the supply voltage.
• Press the progamming button (Fig. 1, Pos. 1) on the
control module. The red programming LED illuminiates
(Fig. 1, Pos. 2).
• After the physical address has been programmed, the
red LED extinguishes.
• Note the number of the physical address on the device,
if necessary, with a non-smudge pen.

Refer to the current Technical Manual for the application
versions available and the relevant parameters.
