USE AND OPERATION

ASIST tools are intended for home or hobby use only.
The manufacturer and importer do not recommend
using this tool in extreme conditions and under high
loads.
Any additional requirements must be the subject of
an agreement between the manufacturer and the
customer.
Attaching the side handle (B)
Attach the side handle (2) to one of the mounting
holes.
How to attach and remove the protective cover (C)
! Always unplug the power cord before handling or
adjusting the grinder.
! Never use the grinder without a protective cover.
Release the locking lever of the protective cover
Put the protective cover on the grinder and set it
to the desired position. Pull the lever to secure the
cover.
If the protective cover is still loose, release the lever
and tighten the cover tightening screw. Then repeat
the cover installation procedure.
How to insert and remove the grinding wheel (D, E, F)
! Always unplug the grinder power cord before
inserting or removing the grinding wheel.
Place the grinder on the table with the spindle facing
up.
Attach the protective cover (5) according to the
instructions above.
Place the washer (8) on the spindle (4).
Place the grinding wheel (9) on the pad.
Screw the tightening nut (10) onto the spindle.
Press the locking button (3) and tighten the tightening
nut (10) fi rmly with the enclosed wrench (11). When
using a grinding wheel, tighten the tightening nut (10)
with the guide protrusion down (E1). When using a
cutting disc, tighten the tightening nut (10) with the
guide protrusion upwards (E2).
! Only press the spindle lock button (3) when the
motor and the grinder spindle have already stopped
and are at rest!
You must keep the spindle lock button (3) pressed
while you change the blade.
Release the locking button.
Remove the grinding wheel in the reverse order.
